Brokerage Relationship Disclosure (Fla. Stat. § 475.278)
Florida law requires real estate licensees who have no brokerage relationship with a buyer or seller to disclose their duties to buyers and sellers. The specific brokerage relationship applicable to your transaction will be disclosed and documented as required by law. Florida law prohibits dual agency in residential transactions.
RESPA
In accordance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), SunSt Real Estate LLC does not accept kickbacks, referral fees, or unearned compensation. Any settlement-service arrangements will be disclosed as required by law.
